Everything is based around something I developed called Bar Industry Entrepreneurship. Basically, I want to teach you how to treat your bartending job like an actual business. An incredibly profitable business.

Am I planning on selling you things? Definitely!!! But first, we need to get to know each other. I need to show you the fundamentals and give you the vision of a better future for your life.

We need to like each other, and we need to trust each other. And you need to know that I'm truly here to help you. I want to be the mentor and coach that I wish I had 15 years ago.

All I wanted was for somebody to come along and help me. But nobody showed up.

So now that I have the ability to help other people, I'm excited to have the chance to do so. As far as I can see, there is a severe lack of mentors and coaches for the millions of people grinding away in the bar industry.

It's the best industry you could possibly be in while you're trying to figure you life out. But it's just a part of your journey, and it should be only a means to an end.

My ultimate goal is to turn you into somebody who goes out and changes the world. Society has taught you how to think small, because they think small. I think big, and I want to show you how to do the same.

I'll even let you in on a little secret. It's actually easier to succeed at something big, because there's less competition. Everybody is trying to do something small. When you do something big, other people will rally around you to help. Because it's exciting.
